These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by JB Hauling & Junk Removal (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

JB Hauling & Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and related services for residential and commercial customers in Sacramento, CA, and surrounding areas.

Services may include:

  • Junk removal and disposal

  • Hauling and transportation

  • Light moving assistance

  • Cleanouts (residential, commercial, and construction sites)

2. Scheduling and Estimates

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or through our website.

  • Estimates provided are based on the information given by the customer and may change depending on the actual volume, weight, or type of materials removed.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if materials are hazardous, illegal, or unsafe to handle.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

  • Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the type and amount of junk to be removed.

  • Ensure safe and legal access to the property or items to be hauled.

  • Remove or secure valuables and fragile items from the work area prior to service.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept the following items unless pre-approved:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, paints, fuels)

  • Medical or biohazard waste

  • Explosives, firearms, or ammunition

  • Any materials prohibited by law

6. Liability and Damages

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items.

  • While we take reasonable care during service, JB Hauling & Junk Removal is not liable for incidental or indirect damages.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If our crew is unable to complete the job due to unsafe conditions or lack of access, service fees may still apply.

8. Disposal Practices

All junk and debris removed will be disposed of responsibly in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. We make efforts to recycle or donate items whenever possible.

9. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sacramento County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
